The following are just some of our favorite Jamaica beaches. Your Jamaica Villa Vacation consultant can provide the most complete information on Jamaica beaches that you'll find anywhere. They'll help you to select from any of the following, and some that are so exclusive we can't name them here.

Tryall Club

Thatch umbrellas make the Tryall Beach a pleasure whether you want to soak up sun or enjoy the calm breeze off of the ocean. On Conde Nast's Gold List of Best Places in the World, sailboats allow visitors to catch the trade winds for remarkable views of the entire coast and plenty of staff will greet you when you get back to port. Cushions and towels, chaise lounges, and hammocks are available for anyone seeking extra comfort. Plenty of clean showers and bathrooms keep guests fresh after a morning, afternoon, or full day on the beach. There's also a volleyball net and sand court, and a nearby croquet court is perfect for an after-beach game. The beach marketplace sells handmade baskets, local art, wood carvings and jewelry. With 69 of the most luxurious villas for rent anywhere in Jamaica, the Tryall Club makes the stunning amenities of the entire resort available only to Villa guests.

Round Hill Hotel and Beach Club

Every sport imaginable is available at the Round Hill Hotel and Beach Club. JamaicanTreasures is pleased to recommend the quiet surf and calm, blue Caribbean for anyone who wants to relax in the sun to the sound of a steady sea breeze through the palms. Beach access is only for those renting Villas within the resort grounds, but the full resort offers everything else in terms of luxury and full service. Since the 1950s, Round Hill has been welcoming exclusive guests from around the world. The mouth-watering stretch of white sand along the sea is but one reason, among many, that Round Hill remains such a welcoming escape.

The Half Moon

In addition to the Half Moon's 54 swimming pools and the Old-World charm for which the resort is famous, Half Moon also boasts a full two miles of private white sand beach. Truly stately palms whisper along this entire stretch of coast and beyond the palms, fragrant gardens surround pristine whitewashed cottages. Half Moon's warm and welcoming professional staff is there to ensure that your every need is fulfilled. Very near to the world famous Montego Bay, the Beach at Half Moon is one of the reasons so many people from all over the world choose their Villa Vacation with JamaicanTreasures.

The Beach at Iberostar Rose Hall

Just 15 minutes from the Montego Bay airport, the Iberostar Rose Hall offers one of Jamaica's best family beaches. With an enormous water park nearby for the kids, the Wyndham still offers sophisticated elegance. Calm, soothing surf laps at an extensive stretch of Jamaica's world-famous north coast. Full resort amenities serve visitors from every corner of the globe, making Iberostar Rose Hall a good choice for business, families, or larger groups, though the remarkable Villas still provide remarkable luxury and full service. Only a truly stellar resort could offer this much charm to so many guests, all with the calm, reassurance of the sea as the perfect backdrop.

Negril Beach

Seven miles of powdery fine sanded white beach, Negril is located just 40 minutes west of Montego Bay. One of the best sunset beaches in all of Jamaica, Negril is as laid-back, comfortable and accommodating as any world class beach in the world. Nude and partially nude beaches are available, and your vacation consultant can advise you on how to reach any of them. Every athletic activity imaginable is available from kayaking and snorkeling to diving and water skiing. Negril also offers a number of beach bars and plenty of food and shopping.

The Walter Fletcher Beach

One of the most visited and distinguished beaches on the Montego Bay, the Walter Fletcher Beach is surrounded by services and fun as well as every sport imaginable. Waverunners, kayaks, water trampolines, banana boat rides, boats to pedal, and boats with glass bottoms are available for anyone who wants some fun on the surf. Beach Volleyball games and plenty of umbrellas make this one of the easiest Jamaica beaches to enjoy. There's also the MoBay 500 Go-Kart Racing Track with all of the attractions for kids. A fully equipped gym, restaurant and bar, and the AquaSol theme park with professional tennis courts make it one of the most athletic clubs on the coast.

Doctor’s Cave

The Hip Strip along Montego Bay is where you'll find one of the Best Family Beaches in the Caribbean: The Doctor’s Cave Beach Bathing Club on Gloucester Avenue. Caribbean Travel & Life Magazine awarded that distinction in March 2004. In 1906, several physicians from the area founded the club, with beach property donated by Dr. Alexander James McCatty. The waters of the beach were actually touted as having curative powers by the well-known British osteopath, Sir Herbert Barker, back in the 1920s. That attracted even more visitors from all over the world. Today, it is still the best known beach in the Montego Bay, sporting activities like jet skiing, parasailing, and snorkeling fill every day with adventure. A number of attractive gift shops and restaurants also line the Gloucester Avenue area.

The Reggae Beach in Ocho Rios.

Beautiful and off the beaten path, the Reggae Beach is a wonderful retreat from more tourist-filled corners of the island. With a quarter mile of sandy beach nestled into a tropical jungle, the quiet Village Beach Bar serves fruity cocktails and incredibly fresh seafood with local favorite, bammi cake.

Oracabessa Beach

A small port on Jamaica's northern coast, Oracabessa is a quiet, beautiful respite from all of your worries. 15 minutes east of Ocho Rios, it's really almost a secret beach. Low hanging trees offer shade in from the water, and frequently vast stretches are all but deserted. Montego Bay is about 2 hours from Oracabessa, but it's well worth the trip. Oracabessa is well known for its exclusive feel and some of the most discreet Villas can be booked in the area.

James Bond Beach

One of Jamaica's most stylish beaches, the James Bond is situated on a very private peninsula. Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond novels, would often stay in the area. By no means enormous, the white sand stretches back to colorful back houses and changing rooms. Very near to Oracabessa Beach, we recommend the James Bond to young urbanites anxious for Caribbean energy and smooth, summer fun. The lawns that run along the sand offer concerts, and the music frequently charms beachgoers well into the evening. A watersports center, bars and restaurants give the area a bustling feel that melts soothingly away as you approach the stretch of waterfront.

San San Beach in Port Antonio

The coral reef offshore from San San Beach is teeming with every variety of colorful life, and just beyond is a wonderful island for those seeking even more adventure. Watch for spiny sea urchins if you venture onto the shore. San San Beach offers a stretch of the purest whitest sand on the entire island, but it is also one of the premier snorkeling and wind surfing beaches in Jamaica. With lifeguards, showers, and an extensive picnic area for grilling, San San is just enough of off the beaten path to offer the perfect rural getaway.
