Perhaps the most elegant boutique resort anywhere in the Caribbean, the Round Hill is known for it's understated glamour. You'll feel right at home where some of the 20th century's top personalities, among them Cole Porter, Grace Kelly and Jackie Kennedy, have all stayed. Twenty-nine "cottage" owners still look after some of the Caribbean's best maintained properties. With old world glamour still visible in every corner, the Round Hill was home to one of the world's first "jetset" scenes who came for the Round Hill’s famous sense of discretion, privacy and refinement.
Twenty-nine lovingly cared-for villas include a total of 74 suites, all surrounded by 30 acres of beautifully tended gardens. Every Villa or Cottage contains 2, 3, or 4 suites, each with its own entrance and living area (enclosed or semi-enclosed) and sizes can vary, though nearly every Villa offers a spectacular view if not several. Twenty-two villas are equipped with private swimming pools. Each villa also includes a separate kitchen where housekeepers prepare breakfast for service in the individual suites and golf cart service is on call for transfer between villas and the rest of the resort.

Two exquisite dazzling white private beaches can be chosen from, but there's also a fresh water pool at the very edge of the sea that can be enjoyed by all guests, and that's but one of 24 pools on the resort. A fully equipped water sports center offers plenty of complimentary services like PADI diving, deep-sea fishing boats and yachts that are all available for charter and every other sport imaginable. Five all-weather courts (2 lit for evening play) make tennis a must and a resident pro is always delighted to arrange tournaments. The fitness center comes equipped with treadmills, step master, rowing boat, bicycle, and free weights and yoga and mental fitness is encouraged through daily courses too.
Offering massage therapies, facial therapies, skin renewal therapies, body therapies, exotic hand and foot treatments, Round Hill’s Spa and Beauty centre also includes a beauty salon, seven treatment rooms, and a wonderful tropical outdoor treatment area all on the tranquil beachfront lawns. A beautifully restored 18th century plantation house and a full 10 acres of beachfront lawn serve as the starting point for the ultimate in luxurious treatment. The lawn also hosts afternoon yoga classes and seaside massages. Many Jamaican natural ingredients go into the exotic therapies and an exclusive line of ELEMIS lifestyle aromatherapy products from the United Kingdom was recently introduced.
Jogging and walking paths cross much of the resort, and golf can be arranged at the championship course just a few minutes away with complimentary transportation. A duty free shop, gift shop, art gallery and "Pineapple" logo shop all make Round Hill into one of Jamaica's premier places to stay.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be had on the seaside terrace, the upper terrace or in the Georgian Room. But it's not only one restaurant. There is, of course, a beach bar, pool bar and the Ralph Lauren cocktail bar also serving afternoon tea daily, which is always complimentary. There's also a piano bar with nightly shows and theme nights throughout the year. Beach Parties, Jamaica Night and Caribbean Curry Night are all very popular with guests the year-round.
Weddings, Meetings and Corporate Events are all easily accommodated in the Round Hill's tasteful and unique setting. Many guests choose a favorite Villa and simply return year after year. But of course, guests arrive to the Villas at Round Hill for as many reasons as there are guests. Entertainment varies nightly and may include a bonfire-lit beach picnic accompanied by familiar calypso tunes, a four-course dinner and romantic dancing under the stars or casual dining on Jamaican specialties followed by a cabaret of folk music and dancing

Dinner is a la carte followed by Calypso tunes.

A variety of fine teas available every afternoon in the Cocktail Bar from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. This is a complimentary service to all guests.
Starting the day, fresh fruit juices are served at the pool and beach bar. A special blend of daily fresh fruits creates the "Round Hill fruit punch" a favorite amongst our guests!
The Spa at Round Hill is located in a beautifully restored 18th century plantation house on 10 acres of beachfront lawn. The facilities include an indoor and outdoor fitness center, full service beauty salon, seven body treatment rooms as well as an outdoor treatment area set amidst abundant gardens. The waterfront lawn is used for afternoon yoga classes or massages by the sea. Exotic therapies using the best of Jamaican natural ingredients have been created. The exclusive line of ELEMIS lifestyle aromatherapy products from the United Kingdom was introduced last winter. New is the spa lunch service.
Weddings at Round Hill are heavenly. Round Hill will plan any wedding that the bride and groom wishes, whether it be small and intimate or a large grand affair. They have a professional wedding coordinator on hand and superb chefs to create a special wedding to remember. Round Hill also offers a special wedding plan for only $900 which includes the marriage officer, one bottle of champagne, a Jamaican wedding cake, one bouquet of flowers, a wedding gift, photographer to shoot film of 36 pictures and video tape, including developing.
Round Hill has three meeting rooms. The two largest can accommodate up to 100 people theater-style. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR MEETING SPACE. Round Hill is the ideal venue for your small business meetings, incentives, birthday parties, family reunions, special functions, theme events and fashion shoots.

Guests may choose from Pineapple House Hotel with 36 superior and deluxe rooms overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Round Hill's seaside freshwater pool or one of the 27 private villas dotted over the hillside, most with private pool. Each villa has two, three, four or five individual suites with a private living room and/or verandah and all have magnificent sea views. 23 villas have their own swimming pools and are just a short stroll from the sea.
The Pineapple House comprises 36 oceanfront hotel rooms overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All Pineapple House rooms have large louvered windows which fold back to take full advantage of the view. There are king-sized beds in 20 rooms and the remainder have double beds. All have air-conditioning, private bathrooms with tub and shower, telephones, refrigerators, umbrellas, bathrobes, small coffee machine for complimentary Blue Mountain coffee and tea, hair dryers and an iron and ironing board. The freshwater swimming pool is located right at the edge of the sea adjacent to the Pineapple House.
Newly renovated and designed by Ralph Lauren, all deluxe rooms evoke tropical beach living. White stone floors, romantic four poster mahogany bamboo beds and sumptus upholstered furniture from the Ralph Lauren home collection add to each and every guests' comfort. The colour accents are white and splashes of pink and blue. The bathrooms have been enlarged and feature separate deep tubs, freestanding rain showers and double sink vanities; all fixtures are by Waterworks.
